Welcome to the registry page. On this page you can either look up old shipmates, add your own name/bio, or update your entry.
As you click one of these 3 links, note that one of the columns at the bottom of the page will be highlighted. Read through the highlighted column and press the button at the bottom. Notice that one of the columns, below is hilighted. Read through that column and then press its button at the bottom.

Look up your shipmates
  • If you want to see a listing of only the guys in your department, select your department (ie. RX Dept.).
  • If you want to see a listing of everyone, select ALL

You can sort the list in one of three ways:
  • OPTION A By date they served aboard IKE - (plank owners at the top, current sailors at the bottom)
  • OPTION B By date registered here (If you want to see who has registered since you were here last. - most recently registered are at the bottom)
  • OPTION C Alphabeticaly

Add your name to the registry
Let your shipmates know what you've been up to since you got out.
Why should you register? -
  • So your shipmates can contact you.
  • So we can contact you in case an event/reunion is planned.
  • So your friends can read up on you as to what you've done since you got out. Are you worried that Joe may still be mad at you for relieving him late on a watch 20 yrs. ago?
    No sweat - your email address is kept confidential - for folks to contact you, they have to go through us - It's then up to you to exchange emails if you want to.



    Instructions:

    1. Select your department.
    2. Select the year you reported aboard. (if you had multiple tours, select the first).
    3. Select the year you left. (if you had multiple tours, select the last).
    4. Enter your email, last name, first name, city and state.
    5. Enter your challenge and Answer. (Explanation below)
    6. Choose an icon to post beside your name.
    7. Freeform text - your bio, contact number etc. (750 character limit.)
    8. Finaly hit the Submit button.
    9. I will send an email to your email address.
    10. Read your email and perform the action (requires clicking on a link.)
    11. Check back in a few days to verify you have been included.

    *Explanation of Challenge and Answer.
    After you have registered, you may want to come back later and make changes (eg. you've changed your phone number) -- But when you try to make that change, I have to make sure it really is you and not some clown trying to play a prank on you!

    So when you make the change, I will verify your identity by asking you your challenge question. You had better know the answer or else I won't let you make your changes.
    We could use a system of passwords, but people are forever forgetting them - so this seems to work a bit better.

    Make your challenge something that only you know and that would be very hard to guess... For instance if your question was "In what month were you born?" - Someone could guess that in only 12 guesses.
